Chick-Fil-A Out as Leadercast Sponsor

Eatery will still support Lehigh Valley effort; won't serve as title sponsor

Chick-fil-A will not serve as a main sponsor of an upcoming Lehigh Valley event.

Company officials announced that its four-year partnership with international organizer GIANT impact as a title sponsor is ending.

"They are planning to broaden their global reach in 2014, and with that in mind, are partnering with additional sponsors that can help grow this platform," a statement from Chick-fil-A said.

"Chick-fil-A has been a key partner in efforts to foster leadership growth," the statement added. "Chick-fil-A will continue to be a supporting partner for the 2014 Leadercast, however no longer as the event's title sponsor."

Chick-fil-A, which operates an eatery on Route 248 in Lower Nazareth Township, recently began featuring breakfast items on its menu.

The Leadercast Greater Lehigh Valley team has already committed to repeating the program on May 9, 2014.  It is brought through the Greater Lehigh Valley Leadership Consortium.

GLVLC is a “Think Tank” of like-minded individuals who are committed to building better Leaders in the Greater Lehigh Valley”, states Kayte Connelly, President, Best Principled Solutions LLC and GLVLC organizer.  “This opportunity will afford greater outreach to the international program.  We are excited about the new changes and look forward to recruiting a broader audience from the Valley.”

Registration and additional information on this and upcoming GLVLC programs can be found at www.glvlc.com.
