Sonic Not Missed Much, Readers Say
Nazareth Patch Facebook readers chime off about Route 248 eatery.

So much for Sonic.
The eatery on Route 248 in Lower Nazareth Township, closed since early May, is not really missed much, according to readers of the Nazareth Patch.com Facebook page.
Most offered an emphatic "No." Some said they could care less that the eatery was closed. Others had never even gone there.
"I dont like Sonic but i think that it's a waste that it is just sitting there empty," Holly Martin said.
Sonic was popular for its crazy commercials, milk shakes and fries and other fast food fare.
Jolene Corallo Sodano, though, was a fan.
"I miss it so much! This baby wants some jalapeno poppers, dang it! Oh onion rings too! So sad! I doubt it will reopen. What a waste," she said.
Sodano said, though, that the location was bad. Others agreed, stating it was tucked away behind the Wawa and Firestone that some people never noticed it.
"Do I miss it, eh, not really. The location was kinda bad, there were spots over by Wal-Mart that could have worked," said Jody Betz. "But in the northeast they need indoor seating, not just the drive thru. But the killer in Nazareth was Wawa! Once they opened that was the end."
