2 New Officers Join Solebury Police Force

SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — Two new Solebury Township police officers were sworn in Tuesday.

Full-time officers Patrick Dorsey and Brendan Murphy were sworn in during a meeting of the Solebury Township Supervisors.

Officer Dorsey previously worked for SEPTA Transit Police and Warminster Township Police Department. Officer Murphy previously worked for the First Judicial District of Philadelphia and Temple University Police Department.

Both "come to us with previous law enforcement experience with both showing an excellent work ethic which will be a great addition to our department and community," police said in a Facebook announcement.
