2018 New Hope Automobile Show Scholarship Recipients Named
Financial Prizes Awarded to Six New Hope-Solebury High School Seniors

The New Hope Automobile Show is known for presenting a world-class event each August, featuring hundreds of spectacular and meticulously-maintained antique and classic vehicles. What you might not know is that since 1957, the New Hope-Solebury Community Association has donated the proceeds from The New Hope Automobile Show to numerous Bucks County charities, non-profit organizations, and student scholarships. Current beneficiaries include NHS Baseball Club, Solebury Lions, Solebury Soccer Club, Scout Troop 52, and Scout Troop 41, the cancer research of Fox Chase Cancer Center, and six deserving students from the New Hope-Solebury High School Class of 2018.
New Hope-Solebury Community Association vice president, Carl Glassman, presented the 2018 scholarships to these six graduating seniors during the Senior Award ceremony held at New Hope-Solebury High School: Kevin Dougherty, Claudia Koeppen, Isabella Mailer, Laura Nagy, Sarah Wilson, and Tucker Wittman. Each student received $1,000 to use toward their post-secondary educational pursuits.
