3rd Nor'easter: PA Snowfall Estimates Released For Monday Storm
More snow is in the forecast for Monday into Tuesday. Here's how much.

More snow is on the way early this week in Eastern Pennsylvania.
The National Weather Service has released its accumulation predictions for another nor'easter storm expected Monday night into Tuesday across the Mid-Atlantic region. One to two inches is expected around Philadelphia and more could fall in areas north of the city.
Up to three inches of snow is predicted in areas surrounding the city. (See map below)

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued, and the NWS says the storm is"rapidly intensifying."
If the nor'easter tracks closer to the coast, then high winds and coastal flooding could be an issue, the NWS says.

The timeline of the storm currently suggests there is a chance of snow Monday during the day. It could mix with rain depending on the temperatures. The current high temperature is expected to be near 40.
Accumulating snow will likely happen overnight Monday and into Tuesday morning. There is a chance of rain on Tuesday night, which could mix with flurries.

Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 46. Northwest wind 5 to 8 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
Monday: A chance of snow between 9am and 3pm, then a chance of rain after 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Northeast wind 7 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Monday Night: Snow. Low around 31. North wind 7 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Tuesday: Snow likely before 2pm, then a chance of rain showers. Cloudy, with a high near 43. North wind 8 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tuesday Night: A chance of rain showers before 8pm, then a chance of flurries. Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Wednesday: A chance of flurries before 9am, then scattered snow showers between 9am and 2pm, then scattered rain showers after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 42. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
