Leprechaun Hunt, Shamrock Shuffle To Be Held At Peddler's Village

Kids can hunt for gold coins and earn a prize during the Leprechaun Hunt on March 16 and 17.

LAHASKA, PA — St. Patrick's Day is almost here, and there's a few kid-friendly events happening at Peddler's Village to celebrate.

On Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17 the shopping village will host a Leprechaun Huntfrom 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. During the event, families can hunt for gold coins throughout participating shops of Peddler’s Village. If you collect six or more gold coins, you can bring them to the Hospitality Desk located in the Cock ‘n Bull lobby to receive a prize from the "Pot ‘o Gold."

The event is part of Peddler's Village's "Celebrate the Green" weekend. As part of the event, several St. Patrick's Day-themed happenings are planned on March 16 and 17.

Some other highlights that weekend:

  • Irish fare at the village's various restaurants, including Cock 'n Bull, Earl's New American, Buttonwood Grill and more.
  • The 2nd Annual Shamrock Shuffle
  • Specials at The Lucky Cupcake Company, including Irish whiskey cakes, Irish soda bread, shamrock cookies, holiday cupcakes, and more.
