The folks over at OwowCow ice cream shop have defied commonplace ice cream logic by inventing a flavor that you'd never think would exist: mac and cheese ice cream.
The popular gourmet ice cream shop, with location in Wrightstown, Chalfont, Ottsville, and Lambertville, says they crafted the flavor with inspiration from their January theme.

"January’s theme is all about the sweetest, most indulgent treats we can turn into ice cream but we can’t forget about our savory cheat day favs," the ice cream shop announced on social media.
Mac and cheese ice cream is made with sweet cream ice cream, swirls of Annie’s organic mac and cheese, plus bits of candied bacon.

There are "super limited quantities in all shops" so call before you race out to try it.
