Each show, which is about 10 minutes long, costs approximately $11,000 including fireworks, logistics, and public safety, according to the Chamber.

"The Chamber is securing significant sponsorships to help defray these costs, however, we are asking all who enjoy the displays to similarly play a role.," according to the fundraising page.

The Chamber says the fireworks are "hugely popular" and help local businesses by bringing people to town. Not everyone is a fan, however. Residents in the past have complained of noise and crowds associated with the hoopla.
