New Hope-Solebury Library Celebrating Summer Solstice

The New Hope-Solebury Library will be celebrating the summer solstice next week with a special event to kick off the summer reading program.

The event, to be held June 21 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., will include educational information about the summer solstice with the chance for children to dance around the Midsummer tree like they do in Sweden.

Guests can enjoy non-alcoholic Mead and fresh vegetables and fruits as they pick up a Summer Reading Log.

The library is located at 93 W. Ferry Street.
