New Hope-Solebury Ranked 15th Best School District In PA

New Hope-Solebury has been ranked the 15th best school district in Pennsylvania for 2020.

NEW HOPE, PA — Good news for families in the New Hope-Solebury School District: it has been ranked the 15th best school district in Pennsylvania for 2019-2020.

The ranking was released Monday by data compiler Niche, which analyzes various educational statistics to prepare ratings on both public and private institutions.

New Hope-Solebury was the second highest-ranked district in Bucks County. Central Bucks was the highest-ranked in the county, coming in 8th.

Niche gave New Hope-Solebury an A+ rating overall. It also received A+ letter grades in the following individual categories: Academics ; Teachers; College Prep; and Health & Safety.

To arrive at the rankings, Niche looked at data from the U.S. Department of Education as well as test scores, college data, and ratings collected from Niche users. (You can read more about the methodology here.)

The top-ranked school district in Pennsylvania is Tredyffrin-Easttown. You can see the top 100 here.

A dozen Niche users have weighed in on the New Hope-Solebury School District, providing a variety of feedback and reviews.

"Since the school district is small, the classes are small which means lots of one-on-one attention, which is tremendously helpful. There are also a number of high ranking sports teams that you can participate in as well as a handful of clubs. Overall, New Hope-Solebury School District is a fantastic place to recieve your education," one student wrote.

Another said: "The education is excellent, and the programs are very good at going one-to-one with every single student. Although the classes are small, it lets you become acquaintances with everyone."
