New Hope's Nina's Waffles Expanding In Bucks County

Nina's Waffles, with two locations in New Hope, will be opening its 5th Bucks County location in Newtown this spring.

Nina's Waffles, the popular ice cream and sweet shop with two New Hope locations, is expanding. The shop will be opening a location in Newtown, at the historic Toll House at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center.

The eatery serves up handcrafted gourmet ice cream and hand-cooked Liege style waffles, which are made from an in-house recipe.

The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors has approved the shop's conditional use application, and it is expected to open in mid-April, a business representative confirmed to Patch. It will likely be open seasonally, closing January to mid-March.
