Peddler's Village 'Grand Illumination' Set For Nov. 17
Santa and Mrs. Claus will illuminate one of the area's most popular holiday light shows during a celebration on Nov. 17.

LAHASKA, PA — The highly-anticipated light show at Peddler's Village begins later this month with a celebration featuring Santa, plus live entertainment. The "Season of Lights" officials begins Nov. 17 with the Grand Illumination Celebration at the outdoor shopping village.
Festivities are planned from 6 to 9 p.m. and shops will stay open until 10 p.m. The popular Gingerbread Competition and Display also opens that day.
The event is free and starts with a countdown ceremony. At 6:15 p.m. on the Main Green, Santa and Mrs. Claus will “switch on” one million jewel-colored holiday lights.

After the ceremony, there will be complimentary warm apple cider and roasted marshmallows over an open fire. Local musicians and school choirs will perform holiday music throughout the evening. Santa will be available for photos at Giggleberry Fair following the ceremony.
Plus, you can see more than 50 whimsical gingerbread houses that will be on exhibit in the Village Gazebo.

Peddler's Village is located at Rt. 202 and Rt. 263 in Lahaska.
