Reports Of Naked Man On Towpath Investigated In New Hope
Police in New Hope are investigating "several" reports of a naked man on the towpath going back nearly a year.
NEW HOPE, PA — Police in New Hope are investigating "several" reports of a naked man on the towpath going back nearly a year. According to borough police, the nude male has repeatedly been seen in the area of the towpath at West Mechanic Street.
Four incidents have been reported; the description of the alleged flasher was similar in all incidents, police said.
The first incident was reported in October of 2018.

The second and third incidents occurred in May and late June of this year but were not reported until this month. The fourth incident was reported on Aug. 25.
