Tropical Storm Cindy Could Impact Pennsylvania, Forecasters Say

Tropical Storm Cindy could impact Pennsylvania this weekend. Here's how.

Tropical Storm Cindy made landfall along the Gulf Coast on Thursday, but the storm is expected to continue and have an impact on Pennsylvania.

"Cindy will continue to move northward into Thursday evening before a curve to the northeast occurs on Thursday night and Friday, according to AccuWeather Hurricane Expert Dan Kottlowski said in a release.

After hitting the Texas and Louisiana coastline, moisture from Tropical Storm Cindy will head northward and east, and arrive in eastern Pennsylvania in the form of thunderstorms.
