Team Effort Helped Solebury Patient In The Snow: PHOTOS
Police, EMS, public works and firefighters all pitched in when snow caused a tricky situation for first responders on Monday.
SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — It was a real team effort Monday morning when a Solebury Township resident needed some medical help.
After the second snowstorm in less than a week dumped about 7 inches of snow on the New Hope area, an ambulance was called to a home in Solebury early Monday. But that home was at the top of a long, steep driveway made slippery by snow and ice, according to Solebury Township Police.
"Sometimes it takes a village," police wrote in a social media post. "And an ambulance, and a salt truck, and the fire company, and a cop on a tractor."
