A silent demonstration in support of the Black Lives Matter movement is planned this Friday in Newtown.
NEWTOWN, PA — A silent demonstration in support of the Black Lives Matter movement is planned this Friday in Newtown.
The Newtown Friends Peace and Justice Committee is planning the demonstration on State Street, between Centre and Washington avenues. It will be held from 5 to 6 p.m.
Participants should gather at the Quaker Meetinghouse on Court Street at 4:30 p.m.
