- The Middletown Parks & Recreation Department is holding cleanups at five locations from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Saturday.
- In Doylestown, the Heritage Conservancy's Croydon Woods Nature Preserve is holding a cleanup at 10 a.m. Saturday.
- An Earth Day cleanup will be held at Tamanend Park in Southampton from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
- Snipes Farm and Education Center in Morrisville is hosting Earth Day activities on its farm.
Watch A Sixties Tribute Show
The British Invasion Years, a Sixties tribute band, will perform at the New Hope Winery at 8 p.m. Friday. The first act includes songs by iconic British rock groups The Zombies and The Rolling Stones before transitioning to American artists like The Monkees and Simon & Garfunkel. The group has shared the stage with The Beach Boys, Ringo Starr and Leon Russell.

Celebrate Arbor Day
Can't get enough Earth-related activities? The New Hope Shade Tree Commission has partnered with New Hope Center Associates to plant seven trees (two redbugs, two hornbeams and three pear) to restore and beautify both the median adjacent to West Bridge Street and the shopping center parking lot area. Bucks Beautiful will be on hand along with other community partners to celebrate. The event will take place at 1 p.m. Friday at the Bridge Street Shopping Center, 300 W. Bridge St, New Hope.
