Free Screening Of 'A Christmas Story' Thursday In Newtown

NEWTOWN, PA —There will be three opportunities to see free Christmas movies in the coming week in Newtown.

The Newtown Theatre will be screening "A Christmas Story," "Elf," and "White Christmas."

"A Christmas Story" will play on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 7:30 p.m. "Elf" will play on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. "White Christmas" will be screened Sunday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m.

The movies are part of a series supported by local sponsors.

Additional titles in the free series include "The Bells of St. Mary's," "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation,""It's a Wonderful Life," and "Home Alone."
