Latest Forecast, Timing For Tropical Storm Fay In Pennsylvania
Here's the latest forecast and timing for the tropical storm moving over Eastern Pennsylvania on Friday:

EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — Tropical Storm Fay will move over Eastern Pennsylvania Friday, bringing heavy rain, wind, and severe thunderstorms. The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the region. As much as 4 inches of rain could fall throughout the day, forecasters predict.
The storm is currently located off the Mid-Atlantic coast and is forecast to move northward along the Jersey Shore Friday, reaching New York City later at night.
Fay will bring tropical storm conditions to the entire region; a Tropical Storm Warning is in place along the Jersey Shore. It should clear out of the region by Saturday, when a slight chance of lingering thunderstorms exists.

It became a tropical storm Friday afternoon off the Outer Banks of North Carolina, The Weather Channel said. The storm was currently has 50-mph sustained winds and is moving at a forward speed of 10 mph, according to AccuWeather.
It is the sixth-named storm in the Atlantic this year.

"Impacts from Fay will extend across parts of the Mid-Atlantic into Southern New England including moderate to locally heavy rainfall and flash flood potential near and north of its track, gusty winds, and rough surf along the coast," according to the latest information from the National Weather Service.
