The Newtown Fire Association invites members of the public to a Community Safety Open House on May 17.
The event will feature the fire department, police and emergency medical services personnel. There will be live demonstrations, fire prevention information, firefighter recruitment information, and refreshments.
The event will be from 1-4 p.m. at Station 55, which is located in the Township Municipal Complex at 55 Municipal Drive.
