The Newtown Library is planning to re-open!
The Library is currently preparing the facility to ensure the safety of our staff and members. We are requiring masks for all staff working in the Library, as well as, gloves when handling materials. The Library is accepting returns in our drop box by the front door. All returns will be quarantined for 5 days before adding back into the collection. Members can begin to place online book reservations (via OPAC), email notifications will be sent when your books are ready for pick up. We are not accepting any donations at this time.
Beginning on June 23, members can begin to pick up their reserved books via contactless pick up in the vestibule, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00-4:00 pm only.
