Newtown Man Charged With Indecent Assault Of Minor
The incidents occurred on various occasions in 2008 when the victim was around 11 years old, Newtown police said.
NEWTOWN, PA — A Newtown Township man faces felony charges in connection with sexual incidents that occurred in 2008, according to police.
Andrew Duchesneau, 31, of Newtown, was charged Tuesday with five felony counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.
The incidents, which police described as sexual in nature, occurred in 2008, when Duchesneau was 18 years old and the victim was around 11 years old, authorities said.

Duchesneau was arraigned before Judge Michael Petrucci, who set bail at $250,000.
A hearing in the case is scheduled for May 24.
