Road Work Planned Next Week On Swamp Road

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Expect lane restrictions on parts of Swamp Road in Doylestown, Buckingham, and Wrightstown townships as crews work to repair and resurface it next week.

According to PennDOT, the daytime work will start Monday, Sept. 16 and go through Friday, Sept. 20. From 9 a.m to 3 p.m. those days, there will be a single lane restriction on Swamp Road between Dark Hollow Road and Route 263 in Doylestown and Buckingham townships.

Additionally, a portion of Swamp Road in Wrightstown will have lane restrictions during the same timeframe. Swamp Road between Penns Park Road and Worthington Mill Road in Wrightstown Township will have a lane restriction as well.
