The $50,000 endowment will award one incoming Penn State Abington student a scholarship of $2,250 every year. The scholarship will be an annual award and will be given in perpetuity. Preference will be given to graduates of Council Rock North or Council Rock South high schools in Bucks County.

"This endowment will allow the legacy of Ms. Fair to live on forever. It will be possible for anyone to donate at any time to this scholarship, and any subsequent donations will be added to the value of the endowment and the annual scholarship award will increase proportionally, also in perpetuity," according to an announcement about the creation of the scholarship.
