Newtown Supervisor Asks: Should A Super Wawa Come To The Bypass?

A super Wawa is proposed on the Newtown Bypass. A Newtown Township supervisor asks: what do you think of this idea?

At the May 14, 2018, Working Session of the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors public meeting, details of the application for a Super Wawa convenience store and gas station at the southwestern corner of Newtown Bypass and Lower Silver Lake Road were presented by the developers (read “Developer and Attorney Present Their Case for a WaWa Superstore on the Newtown Bypass”).

Given that the process of amending a zoning ordinance to allow this usage is already underway, it is imperative that the public participate as much as possible in the process. Therefore, I hope you will take this short survey and give me your opinion.
