Solstice Restaurant Opens In Newtown

NEWTOWN, PA — Newtown's newest restaurant, Solstice, opened Monday, March 9.

The 9,245 square-foot restaurant, located at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, features a "hyper-seasonal" brunch, lunch, and dinner menu. The indoor dining room and bar has 165 seats; a 2,500 -square-foot outdoor patio space will seat 92.

The executive chef is Jason Audette, who most recently served as chef de cuisine Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York.

HOURS: Solstice will be open for lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with an abbreviated menu available from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Dinner will be offered Monday-Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Sunday 3:00 p.m. – 10 p.m., and brunch will be served on Sunday from 11:00 – 3:00 p.m.
