EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — If you're looking for a fun spot to take the kids to see Christmas lights this holiday season, there are plenty of places that look festive, bright, and fun in Eastern Pennsylvania.

SHADY BROOK FARM

WHAT: This drive-through display will mesmerize the children (and adults) in your family. The Shady Brook Farm holiday light show is open through Jan. 5, 2020. It features gigantic displays of characters, famous buildings, whimsical tunnels, and more. Hours are: Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays it is open until 11 p.m. The cost to drive through is $30 per carload; $50 for a limo, minibus or RV; and $125 for a bus. Credit cards are accepted at the ticket booth.

ELMWOOD PARK ZOO'S 'WILD LIGHTS'

Via Elmwood Park Zoo

WHAT: Elmwood Park Zoo's popular "Wild Lights" showcase features millions of lights, interactive exhibits, lit pathways, music, guided tours, and much more throughout the zoo's 16 acres. The display will be open through Jan. 5, 2020. The cost is $14 for adults and $9 for children. Members get a discounted rate.

A LONGWOOD CHRISTMAS

WHAT: Relish the season at Longwood Gardens, where there are both indoor and outdoor holiday displays. Visitors will experience illuminated trees and gardens lit with thousands of lights, all while carolers sing and fire pits crackle. The exhibit is open through Jan. 5, 2020. Tickets are $30 for adults; $27 for seniors/college students; and $16 for children 5-18.

PEDDLER'S VILLAGE LIGHT DISPLAY

WHAT: The annual light display at Peddler's Village is one of the area's most popular holiday season attractions. It's made up of one million lights throughout the shopping village. The lights will be visible through Jan. 12, 2020.

WINTER LIGHT SPECTACULAR AT LEHIGH VALLEY ZOO

WHAT: The Lehigh Valley Zoo's Winter Light Spectacular features more than a million lights and themed animal displays. Plus, expect to see Santa, The Grinch, Woody, Buzz, Elsa, Princess Belle, Olaf, Minions and other friends. It's open select nights through Dec. 29. Weeknight tickets are $8 for kids and $13 for adults; weekend evening tickets are $10 for kids and $15 for adults.
