Let’s pull together to not only to celebrate Scotty McMillan’s short life but to remember that surviving brother Ryan McMillan is a victim of this horrendous crime too. His needs will go beyond toys and stuff, so lets pull together and help raise funds for his future college or other needs. The funds from this campaign will go directly to DNB First Wealth Management c/o Chester County Angel Trust for Ryan.
