Nearly half a million dollars separates median home prices in neighboring Montgomery County towns.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Norristown's median home value is only $119,400, however, the market is being described as "warm" and ripe for future development.
That's according to real estate partner Zillow, which compiles statistics about homes sold in the area and forecasts future trends.
Norristown home values have not gone up over the past year, but Zillow predicts they will rise 1.0 percent within the next year.
