New 261-Unit Luxury Apartment Building Opening In East Norriton

EAST NORRITON, PA — A large new luxury apartment building is now leasing in East Norriton.

The Residences at Bentwood, located at 201 East Germantown Pike, feature 261 one and two bedroom apartments. The project is a partnership between Tornetta Realty and Altman Management Company.

“The club room and courtyard were designed to grab visitors’ attention as well as be used regularly for staff- or resident-hosted parties and activities to encourage resident gatherings,” said Brett Altman, who, with Bob Bluth is a partner in Altman Management, Elon Development and Allied Construction Services. “We’re glad to see that we correctly interpreted that a residential community is the next best use for this property.”

The complex features a two-story club room with a 30-foot wall of floor to ceiling windows, large screen television viewing areas, and a 24/7 canteen section.

There is also a large courtyard, fitness center, outdoor pool, yoga studio, bocce court, and lounging and barbecue areas.

Rent starts at $1,550 for two-bedroom apartments. Residents who sign a lease before Jan. 1, 2020 will receive one month free rent.
