The bulk of the development in 2018 can be credited to the Village at Valley Forge, which accounted for more than a third of those units, with more than 900 built.
Officials pointed to several other town centers similar to the Village at Valley Forge around Montgomery County that could be home to future "infill development," indicating the likelihood of continued growth.

Much of the construction has been in areas where infrastructure previously existed, aligning with the Planning Commission's goals of sustainability.
