Two New Restaurants, Hotel Approved In Audubon

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA -- Two new restaurants and a hotel have had their site plans approved as part of the ongoing Audubon Square Shopping Center Expansion.
All told, the expansion will add an additional 6,300 square feet of retail space to the existing center on Trooper Road, according to Audubon Land Development, the real estate group behind the expansion.
According to the Times Herald, the restaurants will include a Firehouse Subs and a Starbucks. A Sprint store will be attached to Starbucks, so three new buildings, all told, will be built.

The hotel will be a Fairfield Marriot, and will be construction near Egypt Road and Shannondell Boulevard.
The site features an average daily traffic count of around 27,000 cars per day, according to Audubon. The new construction will add about 261 new weekday morning vehicles, reports state.

Current retailers include: Giant, Walmart, Home Depot, and Marshalls, Planet Fitness, and Longhorn Steakhouse.
