McCandless Sheetz Now Selling Cannabis-Derived CBD Items

The oil is found in a number of health and beauty products.

McCANDLESS, PA - Sheetz has begun stocking the Cannabis-derived product Cannabidiol - better known as CBD - at more than 140 of its Pennsylvania convenience stores, including its McCandless location. Known for their health and beauty benefits, CBD products will be offered in topical rubs and patches, tintctures, vape pens, oral pouches, capsules and more.

“We are excited to be the first convenience store to offer a broad selection of premium CBD products at this magnitude, ” said Ryan Sheetz, a Sheetz assistant vice president, said in a statement. "This is the next evolution for Sheetz in ensuring we are meeting the needs of our customers, giving them what they want, when they want it, 24-7-/365.”

All CBD products will be kept behind the counter and customers will need to be 18 or older to buy them. Pproper identification such as a valid driver’s license, passport or military identification card from any customers wanting to purchase CBD.
