North Hills Getting New Brewpub

FRANKLIN PARK, PA - A new brewpub is coming to the North Hills. Thorn Hill Tap-House plans a March opening in the former Kings Family Restaurant on VIP Drive near I-79 in Wexford.
In addition to serving craft beer, the tavern's website says it will offer a casual, family-friendly menu and will use local ingredients in its food whenever possible. Burgers will be made with a blend of chuck, brisket and short rib, and all chicken served will be cage- and hormone free. Salads will be made fresh.
The tap house has begun hiring employees in anticipation of its grand opening.
