A gas station had been there for years, but now what?
Perry Highway may be losing a gas station. The former Valero gas station, across from Baierl Honda, at 10451 Perry Highway in McCandless is closed and heavy construction equipment has cleared part of the site.
Wexford Gasoline Service LP purchased the 37,387 square foot lot for $295,000 in 1998, according to the Allegheny county real estate web site .
According to a sign on the property, it is available for sale or lease.
