Accident Snarls Parkway North Traffic
The HOV lane is open to all vehicles during the morning commute.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - A multi-vehicle accident has left one lane closed on the inbound Parkway North this morning and prompted PennDOT to open the HOV lane to all vehicles.The accident occurred between the McKnight Road on-ramp and Venture Street.
