Job Fair to be Hosted by Independent Insurance Agents May 15-17

Looking for a job and hoping to meet potential employers face-to-face?

A group of 23 independent insurance agencies is hosting a job fair from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at the Four Points by Sheraton, Pittsburgh North, at 910 Sheraton Drive in Mars.

The agencies are seeking sales and customer professionals, according to a press release from Brooke Baldonieri of Kattan-Ferretti Insurance in Latrobe.

Pre-registration is not required, but attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes.

"The insurance industry provides an extremely rewarding career," said Richard Cassidy of Kattan-Ferretti Insurance, one of the event's organizers. "The most successful insurance professionals are those who love working with people and providing customers with financial peace of mind."

Two other dates and locations for the job fair are: 

• from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh, Southpointe, 1000 Corporate Drive in Canonsburg

• from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, at DoubleTree by Hilton, Monroeville Convention Center, 101 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville.
