Man Charged With Exposing Himself In Target Parking Lot
Police said the man fully exposed himself.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - A man is facing indecent exposure charges after allegedly exposing himself to a woman in the Target parking lot on Wednesday.
Timothy Schaffer, 55, was fully exposed while he was parked next to a woman returning to her car, police said.
Schaffer was arraigned at the Allegheny County Jail.
