Missing Woman Found Murdered In Ross
A romantic breakup allegedly led to the death of Dolores Miller.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - A Sheraden woman missing since Sunday was found dead Wednesday in the Perrytowne Place Apartments on Highland Pines Drive. The Allegheny county Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the body found in the apartment complex was that of Dolores Miller, 58, who was last seen leaving work at the Westin Convention Center, Downtown.
Miller’s ex-boyfriend, Robert Metz, 68, has been charged with criminal homicide, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence, according to court documents. Metz allegedly strangled Miller, a Sheraden resident, after she went to his apartment to retrieve some belongings.
