More Parkway North Traffic Restrictions This Weekend

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - If you were wondering if North Hills motorists again would have difficulty traveling in a Downtown direction this weekend because of traffic restrictions on the Parkway North, the answer is yes.

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane southbound from 7 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Sunday between Venture Street and the ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge. If you’re going to Saturday’s Penguins game, however, don’t despair. The restrictions will be lifted two hours before the 7 p.m. matchup against the Nashville Predators and resume once it begins.

Crews will be performing sawing and sealing work and painting sign structures as part of an $88 million Parkway North improvement project.
