New Subdivision Planned Near Ross Park Mall
The Ross Planning Commission is about to consider the project's site plan.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Some future township residents shouldn’t have much difficulty getting to Ross Park Mall to shop. The township planning commission on Thursday will consider a proposed 17 single-family home subdivision plan on vacant property between White Oak Heights and the mall.
Pitell Contracting wants to build the homes and a recreation area on Crestvale Road behind the mall. Township commissioner Steve Korbel said in a Facebook post that there will be no vehicular connection between the mall and the subdivision, although pedestrian access will be maintained through a modified trail system.
