North Hills Inline Elementary Team Wins First Championship in Game Against Shaler

The North Hills Inline Elementary team won the Elementary Tier 3 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Roller Hockey League Championship March 4 at Bladerunners in Harmarville .

Students in grades two-five comprise the team.

This is the first time that a North Hills Elementary team has won a championship. The team defeated Shaler, 5-2. Fred Ruprecht, Bob Kraus and Matt Megahan are North Hills' coaches.

Team members include Brandon Frederick (goalie), Patrick Megahan, Alex Kraus, Maura Ruprecht, Mack Wiseman, Jake Shamonsky, Ryan Osche, Danny Shanko and Christian James.
