North Hills Schools Report 18 New Coronavirus Cases
The district still intends to resume hybrid instruction next month.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — The North Hills School District is reporting 18 new COVID-19 cases since its last update on Dec. 10.
The cases were added to the COVID-19 Tracker with dates from Dec. 3 through Dec. 15, as follows:
- West View Elementary School teacher on Dec. 3
- Ross Elementary School staff member on Dec. 3
- North Hills Middle School teacher on Dec. 4
- McIntyre Elementary School student on Dec. 5
- North Hills High School teacher on Dec. 9
- Ross Elementary School teacher on Dec. 9
- North Hills Middle School teacher on Dec. 10
- North Hills Middle School teacher on Dec. 10*
- 3 Highcliff Elementary School students on Dec. 10
- McIntyre Elementary School student on Dec. 11
- North Hills Middle School student on Dec. 11
- North Hills Middle School student on Dec. 12*
- North Hills Middle School student on Dec. 14*
- North Hills High School student on Dec. 14
- North Hills Middle School student on Dec. 15*
- North Hills High School teacher on Dec. 15

The district still plans to resume hybrid instruction on Jan. 11, one week after the state's latest coronavirus mitigation measures expire. The district will remain in the virtual mode through Jan. 8.
The district also is temporarily suspending the winter sports season amid the restrictions announced last week by Gov. Tom Wolf.
