ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Ross Commissioner Grace Stank0 and three North Hills school directors - board president Ed Weilgus, Lou Nudi and Tom Kelly - lost their re-election bids Tuesday. Here are the final unofficial vote tallies for township commissioner and the school board, with the winning candidates in bold:
