Find out here what the development would entail.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Plans are advancing for the redevelopment of the Perry Shops site on Perry Highway.

Dubbed "The Ross," the site would include a four-story apartment building, a self-storage facility, retail shops, a restaurant and pharmacy. The project is being spearheaded by Pittsburgh-based Kossman Development.

Renderings of the proposed development that Commissioner Jeremy Shaffer posted on his Facebook page drew mixed reviews.
