Ross Getting New Diamonds Direct Jewelry Store

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — One of the nation's largest jewelry companies will open its first Pennsylvania location in Ross on March 1. Diamonds Direct will be located at 5004 McKnight Road near Ross Park Mall.

With so many retailers struggling as the coronavirus outbreak nears its one-year anniversary, it might seem odd that a diamonds-oriented business would be expanding. But company officials say they believe they can fill a retail need in the Pittsburgh area.

“Often,among the hardest times, there are still moments of joy,” said Oren Leston, the store's general manager. “People have so many reasons to celebrate and cherish the ones they love, especially now. We want to be of service to customers and help them celebrate life’s most precious
moments during these challenging times.”

Diamonds Direct offers enhanced sanitation protocols, curbside options, and new virtual shopping features. The showroom is large enough for socially distanced shopping and employees also can assist customers in their homes.
