Ross Park Mall Reduces Hours, Nordstrom Closes During Outbreak

The moves are in response to the coronavirus emergency.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Ross Park Mall has reduced its operating hours during the coronavirus outbreak and one of its anchor tenants has closed indefinitely.

The mall is now open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday. The mall will be closed completely on April 12, Easter Sunday.

Also, anchor store Nordstrom closed Tuesday as a two-week shutdown of the entire chain began.

"We realize the impact a closure can have on our store employees, and this is not a decision we made lightly," a message on the Nordstrom website stated. " We want to take care of them as much as we can and will be providing them with pay and benefits during this two-week period as well as providing additional resources to help them through this challenging time."
