Moon Sushi has opened next to Starbucks, giving diners the option of “rolls or bowls.” Sushi ranges from the Crunchy Cali Roll to the spicy Red Dragon, to the Pittsburgh roll with avocado and spicy mayo.

“We are excited to showcase the first-to-market Fabletics store, delicious sushi and the
contemporary fashions of Evereve at Ross Park Mall,” mall manager Lisa Earl said. “We strive to connect with Pittsburghers on many different levels, and these types of unique options resonate with our shoppers and continue to meet their needs.”
