Traffic Advisory: Don't Be in Hurry to Travel Babcock Near McKnight

Traffic will be restricted to a single lane between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. today through March 31 on Babcock Boulevard under the McKnight Road overpass.

Crews will continue work on the overhead bridge.

Motorists should use caution and changing traffic patterns.

The work is part of an $8.8 million, 4.6 mile project to improve McKnight Road between Nelson Run Road and Perrymont Road. Overall work will conclude in spring 2012. The prime contractor is Lindy Paving, Inc. of New Castle, PA.
