Traffic Stoppages Wednesday On McKnight Road Ramp To Parkway
Traffic could be halted for as long as 15 minutes at a time.
ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - Expect detours and delays Wednesday as PennDOT will be stopping traffic on the McKnight Road ramp to the southbound Parkway North (I-279) for as long as 15 minutes at a time.
The stoppages will occur from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. While they are in effect, traffic will be detoured as follows:
- From McKnight Road, continue onto Evergreen Road
- From Evergreen Road, turn left onto the Venture Street on-ramp to southbound I-279
- End detour
Additionally, left lane closures in each direction will occur on Camp Horne Road between Ben Avon Heights Road and Mt. Nebo Road from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day through Friday, October 27. Crews will conduct storm inlet reconstruction.
